Appreciated perfectly clean and large room with comfortable beds, felt like we were home.

It offers marvellous, handy location.

I had a really lovely stay, especially thanks to the cleaning manager who kindly provided my wife with some personal items we forgot. The outdoor pool was perfect for just lounging around, and the seasonal poolside area was nice. The breakfast options were okay, but a few more choices would have been nice 😊

Clean hotel, and the staff were affable, location was marvellous in a great area with many options for dinner. Location: the property was near many major stores, the historic center for shopping, and churches and other folks.

Great stay with friends! We loved the outdoor pool and the excellent breakfast options. We were close to several hiking spots and shops. The staff was friendly, and those cookies in the lobby were a good treat!

Nighttime traffic noise made sleep difficult.

A reliable pick for a walk in the evening in Cookeville with good price value. The power activation system was interesting and convenient for saving energy. Next time, ask about local restaurants for quick dining options.

Despite the room's cleanliness, the bathroom lacked a working exhaust fan, resulting in stuffiness. Traffic noise was noticeable, especially from lower floors, which might impact light sleepers. The breakfast options could use improvement. Variety was slightly limited during busy hours.

Family with children delight

The outdoor pool was a big hit with the kids! They were in there playing for hours, and honestly, I couldn't blame them, it was refreshing.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but you know it's acceptable for what we got.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was clean, and I loved the night light in the bathroom for late trips. The bed was super comfy, which helped a lot after a long day. I did notice some signs of wear on furniture, though. Plus, the room was a bit on the small side. The shower had its quirks-sometimes hot, sometimes cold, but generally okay. The room key system was interesting-had to scan to get the lights working. Oh, and the breakfast was a nice touch, especially with those Nutella packets.

The room was very clean, and the staff were super nice and helpful. Plus, the outdoor pool was awesome. The breakfast had multiple choices which were above average for a continental spread.

The cleaning manager was a gem and helped my wife with items we forgot. Our room was spacious and very clean-no sticky surprises here!

The receptionist was about as useful as a sock in a toaster. Honestly, I wouldn't trust him to find my other sock!

The King room with a sofa bed was really nice. The fridge kept drinks cool, and the air conditioning worked great. Had a tv and a comfy seating area. The outdoor pool was super fun for the kids. The breakfast had hot scrambled eggs and sausage, but I wish there were more plain options available.
